SOPHEAP DARAWIN

Mr. Sopheap Darawin is a Legal Assistant at Anna & Associates Law Office, where he has served since 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the English Language Bachelor of Law Programs (ELBBL) at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). His academic foundation is complemented by three years of specialized experience at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), where he rose from Legal Intern to Junior Legal Officer.

During his tenure at the NCAC, Mr. Darawin gained deep expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and arbitration proceedings. He was instrumental in case management, the scrutiny of arbitral awards, and procedural compliance. Additionally, he supported the Membership Department with arbitrator registration and enhanced the Centre’s public engagement through strategic communications and social media management.

At Anna & Associates, Mr. Darawin has transitioned his focus toward litigation strategy, substantive legal analysis, and corporate documentation. He is actively involved in contract matters, the registration of hypothecs, and comprehensive legal research. Known for his adaptability and professionalism, he is committed to mastering complex legal practices and delivering high-quality support in commercial transactions and dispute-related matters.
